Aurora Icons is a brand of Dark Matter Norway AS, organisation number 989 030 515, Bjarkøy, Norway. These terms apply to all purchases made on this website.

TERMS OF SALE
Ordering: The agreement is binding when you receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the confirmation is correct and contact us right away if it is not.
Prices: All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices or product information.
Delivery: The risk for the item passes to you when you, or someone you have appointed, receive it.
Returns, cancellation and complaints: See our Shipping & Returns page. As a consumer you always keep the rights given to you by mandatory consumer law.
Commissions: Commissioned icons are made to your specifications. Before work begins, we agree in writing on the motif, size, price and expected delivery time, and we may ask for a deposit. Because the work is made for you, it cannot be cancelled or returned once work has started, unless it is faulty or does not match what we agreed. If we are unable to complete the work, you will receive a full refund.
Disputes: These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute shall be brought before Midtre Hålogaland District Court in Harstad, Norway, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring the case in your own country.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Dark Matter Norway AS is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. We collect the information you give us when you order or sign up: name, email, delivery address, phone number and order details. We use it to process and deliver your order, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations, such as bookkeeping rules that require us to keep order records for five years.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. The website is hosted by Wix. We do not sell your data to anyone.
We only send newsletters or offers if you have signed up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to its use. Contact us at post@darkmatternorway.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
